I started drinking tea to help lower stress and cut down on coffee. I wasn’t aware of the benefits that are tied into those tiny leaves inside a teabag. Here are three of my favorite teas that I drink to help keep my weight down.
Green tea is perfect for burning fat. This tea contains healthy bio active compounds, improves brain functions and even reduces bad breath. if you add a lemon it could even help curve your appetite.
